Very professional service. My HVAC units stopped working, and in the afternoon I called them for help. They asked me if I need someone urgently or can it wait. At first I said I can wait and they booked me something for next day. At 8 PM, I called them again, asking whether they can fix the system that night. They said yes! As an engineer I appreciate a good debugging session, and James came home at 9 PM and patiently investigated everything, and fixed the systems without replacing anything. He even claimed that he didn't do anything. As professional and courteous a service as one can ask for.

Trusted is a great name for this company! James Poole is very honest and trustworthy. When my furnace went out very recently I was certain that I would be facing a very costly replacement. James swapped out a fuse and found the faulty wiring at the thermostat that had caused the issue. We were back up and running right away. When it is time to replace this unit, I will most certainly be calling on James Poole.
